REFUND AND CANCELLATION

We do not offer refunds. If you believe Fox Renderfarm has charged you incorrectly or would like to cancel your reserved machines, you must contact Fox Renderfarm no later than 7days after the render task is done and 24 hrs prior to machine launch in case of reserved machines. The appropriate amount will be credited to render account for further use. Inquiries should be directed to Fox's Customer Service Department (sales@sixsteps.org.in) If found valid amount will be adjusted in your render balance.

Remember the preview is free, after accepting it and rendering in full resolution you will always pay for what you used so far. If you want to cancel final rendering, please tell us ASAP so we could stop the rendering to avoid unnecessary costs.
